Inspired by traditional cerusing - a technique used to highlight the grain in wood - co-founder, Jessica Mayer, developed a way to translate that same depth and contrast onto steel. Layering pigment. Pulling it back. Revealing texture.

The result is movement in metal. Surface with dimension. Pieces that read like landscapes or something pulled from the imagination.

The piece she is currently working on is called “Rain.”
This technique can live as fine art, architectural wall panels, large-scale installations - the applications are wide open.
